Annalisa is a hard worker, and very creative, so she and her Mother, decided to take orders for cookies. They used the Family Recipe for International Delight Shortbread Cookies and provided some cute decoration, and launched Jubilee Cookies. A great lady who was having a Christmas event, ordered some, and things started happening. Annalisa was really grateful for the lady, Mrs. Rucker, who believed in her enough to give her a chance. Annalisa baked, decorated, packaged the cookies, and finally, Cleaned Up. This was a lot of work for an 8 year old, even with her Mother and sister, Casiphia's, help. The Junior Achievement website provided business training and support that was really helpful. She hopes to get some more orders for her specialty cookies.
